Soc., 13 novembre 2025, n<sup>o<\/sup>\u00a024-10.733<\/a>) confirmant la position de l\u2019Unidis sur une question r\u00e9currente dans notre industrie : peut-on faire travailler un salari\u00e9 plus de 6 jours cons\u00e9cutifs ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon la Haute juridiction, il est possible de faire travailler un salari\u00e9 plus de 6 jours d\u2019affil\u00e9e \u00e0 condition que chaque semaine civile comporte un repos de 24 heures cons\u00e9cutives auxquelles s\u2019ajoutent les heures cons\u00e9cutives de repos quotidien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diapositive suivante de <a href=\"https:\/\/unidis.fr\/portail\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Formation-W01-Lessentiel-de-la-Convention-Collective-3238.pdf\">la formation \u00ab L\u2019essentiel de la convention collective papiers et cartons (IDCC 3238) \u00bb<\/a> illustre ce principe.
