Soc., 23 octobre 2024, n\u00b0 23-16.479<\/a>) est l\u2019occasion de rappeler les risques financiers auxquels s\u2019exposent les entreprises lorsqu\u2019un licenciement est jug\u00e9 nul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour simplifier, l\u2019employeur est tributaire de la d\u00e9cision du salari\u00e9.
