{"id":8957,"date":"2024-10-24T09:38:01","date_gmt":"2024-10-24T07:38:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unidis.fr\/portail\/?p=8957"},"modified":"2024-10-24T09:38:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-24T07:38:01","slug":"smic-et-mg-revalorisation-au-1er-novembre-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unidis.fr\/portail\/2024\/10\/24\/smic-et-mg-revalorisation-au-1er-novembre-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"SMIC et MG : revalorisation au 1er novembre 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row bg_type=\u00a0\u00bbbg_color\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column parallax=\u00a0\u00bbcontent-moving\u00a0\u00bb][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1549897021118{padding-right: 80px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_separator color=\u00a0\u00bbcustom\u00a0\u00bb align=\u00a0\u00bbalign_left\u00a0\u00bb border_width=\u00a0\u00bb3&Prime; el_width=\u00a0\u00bb10&Prime; accent_color=\u00a0\u00bb#163e75&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000050392683\">Le d\u00e9cret 2024-951 du 23 octobre 2024<\/a> relatif au rel\u00e8vement du salaire minimum de croissance est paru au journal officiel de ce jour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c0 compter du 1er novembre 2024<\/strong>, ce d\u00e9cret porte :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>en m\u00e9tropole, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, \u00e0 La R\u00e9union, \u00e0 Saint-Barth\u00e9lemy, \u00e0 Saint-Martin et \u00e0 Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon,\u00a0<strong>le montant du Smic brut horaire \u00e0 11,88 \u20ac, soit 1 801,80 \u20ac mensuels<\/strong>\u00a0sur la base de la dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale du travail de 35 heures hebdomadaires ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00e0 Mayotte, le montant du SMIC brut horaire \u00e0 8,98 \u20ac, soit 1 361,97 \u20ac mensuels sur la base de la dur\u00e9e l\u00e9gale du travail de 35 heures hebdomadaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le minimum garanti<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 lui, s\u2019\u00e9tablit \u00e0\u00a0<strong>4,22 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cons\u00e9quence, <strong>au 1er novembre 2024<\/strong>, les entreprises doivent v\u00e9rifier si le SMIC horaire n\u2019est pas plus favorable que les salaires minima conventionnels (SMC) de branche <strong>des coefficients 125 \u00e0 130.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Le plus souvent, cela se produit lorsque le salari\u00e9 ne per\u00e7oit que son salaire de base sans aucune r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire.
